Mission Statement

MicroLink Devices is in the business of designing and making semiconductor epitaxial materials for wireless communication and solar cell products. Our manufacturing technology is based on metal-organic chemical vapor deposition (MOCVD) of III-V semiconductor materials. A combination of patented and proprietary processes has provided MicroLink with market leadership in high efficiency power amplifiers for cellular phones using WDCMA technology. MicroLink has also designed novel, high efficiency GaAs solar cells using a proprietary process, which has significantly lower cost. MicroLink has several patented designs and employs advanced testing procedures for quality control, which are unique in the industry.
